Air Jordan, or simply Jordan, is a sub label of Nike that produces shoes originally designed for and endorsed by basketball player Michael Jordan. Since it’s first release in 1985, there have been new Jordan models released each year, even after Michael Jordan retired from the NBA. A lot of the brands success lies in the controversy surrounding the Jordan 1, as they were first banned from the NBA. Today Jordans are among the most highly coveted collectors sneakers.
