Shipping fees:

FREE EU DELIVERY IN FEBRUARY!

Postiennakko 10€ (delivery 2-4 days, pickup and payment at your nearest Itella post office)
UPS Standard 10€ (delivery 2-4 days, delivered door to door)
UPS Standard PLUS 15€ (1-2 days, delivered door to door)

EU countries:
UPS Standard(EU) 15€ (delivery 3-5 days, delivered door to door)
UPS Standard PLUS 20€ (2-3 days, delivered door to door)

Non-EU countries:
UPS Standard(Non-EU) 20€ (delivery 3-5 days, delivered door to door)

ALL international orders are shipped with UPS!
All customers get a tracking number so you can follow your package during the whole transit time. All packages are fully insured for your security.

International shipping is 3-10 working days worldwide.

International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us at Popot, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

Popot Finland Ltd. is not responsible in cases of force majeure.

Return policy:

You can return an item inside Finland within 14 days for free. Outside Finland(EU and Non-EU Countries) the shipping fee is at your expense. The items have to be un-used and in new condition, including package. We will either replace the item to another and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.

It is very important that you provide us with a telephone number that you use during day time, preferably a cellphone number.

In Postiennakko(Only in Finland) cases: If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fees.
